There are plenty of informative UK specialist magazines and websites, but it's taken the US quite a long time to fully realise the significance - not only of the background information, but also of 60s and 70s Soul music itself I feel, to the effect that many artists' stories have possibly been lost forever. Hopefully the musicians themselves and internet community will work together to rectify this.
