Interesting. In the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America the exodus has happened for the opposite reason. Thousands of members and numerous congregations have left since the church approved the ordination of openly gay and lesbian clergy.

Thanks for sharing this video. I subscribed to your channel after watching Christer Sturmark debate Siewert Öholm. I thought Christer Sturmark was one of the smartest people I have heard in a long time. His responses were so logical, rational, and factual. I myself am an atheist (and an peaceful anti-theist) and secularist, and look forward to future videos from this channel. I live in USA, so these issues of religion attempting to REMOVE rights from others is very relevant to my country.

To the idiot that said according to the Bible it is OK to have slaves, consider this: your child is kidnapped on her/his way to school and is hustled off into seclusion. The captor now says to the child that he/she is justifiably the captor's slave. The error here is that any overpowering force has the Biblical right to make and own its captive as its slave. The members of an organisation, for example the Church, they are human beings with their own opinion (I hope you have an own opinion about things like homosexuality too) and they're following their heart and own moral not only the church's rules and opinions.

After this happened many homosexuals and other people who accept gay people leave the church and possible continued being christians without a church, for showing Gay Support.
