@CHENCHITAN actually, when it comes to flexibility, training HARD, will only make you hurt :) In flexibility, you have to train LONG, and at an early age. Everyday.

you have to develop this level of flexibility from an early age, it's not impossible, but its extremely hard to gain this level from training in adulthood.
