how do you get to the sky deck area without going to trial mode? because once you go to change the ship, the sky deck is on the other side of which you cant get to. i need to do this so i can complete mission # 36. i remember getting to it before, but now i have no idea how.

you can change the shape of the ship again by pressing the switch in the cockpit.

I got Mission 27, but when I got to the area in Twinkle Park, there were no balloons. What gives?

With mission 27 you need to collect 100 rings in Speed Highway (before reaching the helicopter). Mission 27 has nothing to do with collecting balloons in Twinkle Park. The mission where you need to collect balloons in Twinkle Park is mission 23.

i expected the casino but no it had to be where the rings look like pacman to me and didn't look anything like sonic's face at all. -.-
