  • @livs24x7 Because i took up Karate just before Christmas. I have never done ANY kind of exercise since i was at School, and certainly have NEVER before tried the Martial Arts. I am hoping that videos like this and others, (which include men stretching too!!), will help me to 'limber up' a bit more and that will help me in my Karate exercises. Oh and by the way livs24x7--i like MY comment way better than ''SchoolisTorture1'' above, at least i am a gentleman and not a complete a55hole.
