Update (13.09.09): Attending the New Zealand Platinum: Supreme Victors Official Pre-Release Event!

My sister and I spend a few hours at Vagabond in Takapuna - Auckland, New Zealand. Met some people of all ages, and my sister was incredibly excited throughout.

We didn't get to stay for much of the tournament as that would have taken over 3 hours and we had to get back, however we did get some great goodies (some of you may be familiar with them) and had a good time with others - looking at their collections, opening the booster packs.

Overall, a great first experience and am definitely looking forward to the Platinum: Arceus expansion pre-release.

Apologies for the somewhat low quality here. Due to having to convert the original HD files while editing, quality was reduced in the process. I didn't want to split them up in parts, but you can make out the good day out regardless, I'm sure.

Hey, this looks fun as to play. I need to go there, but im noob, I want to learn how to play because I love pokemon. I actually play yu gi oh but wouldn't mind trying out pokemon, cuz im kind of a variety game player. Vagabond in Auckland city, I need to get there and play hehe.

That's awesome - you should try it out. I think vagabond Takapuna is a lot more popular with pokemon than the town store from what i've seen, especially with the stuff you can get.

Looking forward to the next pre-release. Will probably learn how to play eventually.
