Este accidente podría ser la colisión más cara en el mundo. Ocho Ferrari, dos Mercedes y un Lamborghini chocaron en la carretera japonesa Chugoku, en el sudoeste del país. Los autos de lujo iban de prisa a un festival de automóviles. Tras el accidente dos personas fueron hospitalizadas.

La policía informó que la causa del impacto fue que el conductor de uno de los Ferrari perdió el control porque la autopista estaba mojada. Según datos preliminares, el accidente le costará a las compañías de seguro cerca de 4 millones de dólares.
