its not the proper heavyweight style. heavweights should focus on bringing their weight onto the opponents shoulders and arms. its incredibly painful when you have 240+lbs on your arms and shoulders. from there you can arm drag pretty easily or suplex/suplay.

agreed, maybe a high school heavyweight cant shoot but there are plenty of options for college and olympic fatboys

Why not? Stephen Neal and McCoy shot all the time. So did Baumgartner. Mocco looks pudgy like he wouldn't be able to handle a good low single.

you dont shoot on a heavyweight at that level. if you look closely, mocco is quick in lowering his stance. tommy is way off balance most of the time. shame mocco didnt set up a sweep when rowlands put his bodyweight on him.

I still think Mocco is better...the guy is crazy nimble on his feet for such a big guy...probably had the best foot sweep i ever seen from a big man too
