(December 13, 2007) The tenth anniversary of the Kyoto Protocol has inspired a ten day UN-sponsored conference on climate change in Bali, Indonesia. Delegates from around the world have met to discuss plans for strict carbon dioxide emissions caps. But the United States still has not ratified the agreement, and continues to be the world's largest polluter. Watch as world broadcasters play the blame game and US broadcasters provide surprisingly little coverage.

Who benefits?
Well Oil companies that will be able to sell carbon credits instead of oil and investment banks that will speculate and deal in carbon credits.
I am all for using less oil so that America can be energy dependent but worrying about c02 output is retarded.
And yes, of course I am American. That is why I am well-informed on the subject.

Nooo, I never said I lived at the north or south pole. But the closer you get to the poles, the warmer it gets.
I don´t know exactly how warmer the poles have got, the ice has though reduced majorly.
Sunbrellas...don´t think so, They are allready reflecting most of the light that reaches the ice. But there are futer plans on placing reflecting mirrors in space.

Ah, so you live in the South and North Poles?
How much hotter have the poles gotten???
Are the poles going to be used to hold up SUNBRELLAS™ soon?

It depends on where you are in the world dumpass. I am not from USA. So far, the global average tempeture has continued geting warmer. Meaning som places geting cooler and some places geting warmer. The warming is mainly taking place at the south- and northpole.

How old are you?
Like 12 years old?
I noticed extra cold weather this year through spring. In fact, it snowed in April which hasn't happened since 1974.
I say it's getting colder

The climate change can be noticed in a much shorter time period. I have noticed it...
