Long Overdue Update

WoW! It's been ages since I last posted a video. There's a lot to update on and only so much time. Yikes. Actually, it's weird bc I didn't even think that this posted! I finished and it said that I had to re-record or something. Oh well. I will post another video asap.

My weight is like a yo-yo...I understand how hard it is to stay off that dang scale! I hope the stuff with your hubby gets figured out and that he's open and honest with you. Praying for your dad.

It sucks eh?!? I hope that things work out also. AND...I know that in order for things to work out with him, some MAJOR changes need to occure. I'm already doing all the changing and continue to. It's time for him to step up to the plate.

hi there Amy, from my experiance, if your hubby is making money, but doesnt have any to show of, and is not paying bills, that's not good...........something sounds very wrong. Your cats were so cute playing behind you, love the rolly polly tiger kitty....It was good to see a video from you, it's been so long, was hoping all was ok.

Yes. There is something VERy wrong. I just don't know what he is doing with his pay!?! I can't figure out how to get him to tell me either. At the moment though, I am in no mind frame to be going on at him about it. There's already too much going on.

So glad you finally updated! Weight is a bizarre thing which is exactly the reason to stay off the scales. Sudden weight fluctuations are usually fluid shifts. It sounds like things are very stressful re: the health of your father/f-i-l. Hopefully both procedures will have the desired outcomes (a healthy heart and no cancer, I presume).

Which program are you waiting to get into? The same one you went to last time?

Keep hanging in there. Also, where are the furry creatures? I miss them!

Yeah...that does make sense when you put it that way. I just wish I knew 100% if it IS edema or not. It's really sent me on the downward spiral with ed. :(

The thing with edema is that you may not see a whole lot of overt swelling, especially with an ED... the water retains all over, both inside and outside of your body. I never did see a lot of my water weight gain when I gained it, yet it was there. I'm not saying the whole 10 lbs is definitely edema, because what the hell do I know really (I'm not a professional), but it seems likely that at least most of it is definitely water retention. At least to me.
