This is typical BS you see on these U Tube websites. If you stood on the ladder properly, how would it bend in the manner it did. I need an engineer to explain it.
Another poor white trash customer trying to get somethin for nothing.
Either way, sue the retailer and manufacturer and take your ill-gotten hush money and hire a professional to do this like you should have to begin with.
