HID [Xenon lamp] on a Bajaj Pulsar 180 UG3

Its a Bosche make, 6000k dual beam HID kit and my bike is euipped with K&N air filter, Underglow Neon, Wolf eyes replaced by blue LEDs.

Many thanks to Kevin, Murtuja, Mithilesh, Akshay and Sam and all friends for their support and the time they spared for my work.


Next modification would be white glow for my LCD screen i hope it works ;)

I don't which type of rectifier my Mechanic used. I guess it was from KB 100 bike. If you go to a mechanic he should be able to get the right type for your bike.

i have just bought a HID dual Coloured and i fitted it but the mechanic said i have to put it directly coz in digital bike it cant be operated on the light switch. so have to make new button which is directly connectled to ignition as on karizma which ons on the right hand switch. but it drained the battrey in just one day,.

I just wanna ask you have u done the same or u installed it on the light button on the right hand switch.

first of all i dont know what a dual coloured HID is ? do you mean to saw dual beam, upper and dipper ?

I too have a CUT OFF switch which i have to turn on when i want my lights ON and it operates from the regular switch which is located on the right hand side

And the battery will drain if you do not put bigger RECTIFIERS. Rectifiers charge up the battery faster so you need to change the rectifier

okay its not called dual coloured, its called single beam or fixed beam HID and you have to do alteration for the wiring and nothing to do with the black box which has the switches for our head light

K&N is the make dude. Its a high performance air filter

Yes i did rejetting (upjetting) and my bike goes upto 125kmph without cutting off engine

hi bro what do you mean by bigger rectifiers ?? i know what rectifier is but... is there a specific model? does it fits our pulsars?

dual colour is when is upper its hid and when switch dipper is a normal yellow coloured light. k have how did u attached it to the right switch in the Black coloured box which is there in fering. as i cant on my light from the right hand side switch.

dude I put that HID kit like one and a half year back, that time it coated my around 3500 with one year warranty. Yes you can definetly put it on your 220 and believe me it gives magnificent results. You only need to buy one xenon bulb and install it on your lower beam which has the projector. You can also buy another xenon bulb for your high beam but that will be too expensive and not useful at all. You need to buy a H7 bulb and temperature Of the bulb should not exceed 6000k.
