what meds are you taking??

hasnt banana got too much sugar, i was told not to eat it on this diet, neither with apples sauce, orange juice ....

@playmeagain I'm taking Colazal. Also, it doesn't seem like we're on the same diet. I'm on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet as outline from a book called 'Breaking the Vicious Cycle'

@fernpixel Yes im on that diet too, its just very hard as i have a dairy,ovo allergy too

@playmeagain Aw... sometimes its like that and you have to work with the limitations that you have to find what works best for you. I can't tolerate the nut flour, so most of the baked goods in the book are useless to me. They make me sick :(

Lol your right about the banana. I just did a long assignment on bananas - compared one that was located outside of the fridge to one that was inside the fridge for a period of two weeks.
