She showed this as she became a tangible visible ghost, in season two, episode 10 I think? Where the dead came back to life thanks to Original Witch's talisman used by Bonnie for a massive spell. And the witches used it from the other side.
So I didn't mean as hate against Stefan, or some kind of Damon fanlove thing.

@TheLynnlee7No I mean. That's what the series show them as. Stefan's killer instincts turn him into a vicious "Ripper", a vampire legend badder than Dracula.
Whereas Damon didn't even want to become a vampire, he was force fed blood by Stefan, to keep him alive. Damon was actually the humane one, who was a victim.
Sorry, I didn't mean to hate on Stefan, not at all. Just saying that's their back story, whenever they reminisce. Even that girl, Stefan's friend helped him change...
