  • Call 913-901-0277 which is our store and we can arrange to send you some Shilajit. I recommend Ultimate Superfoods and cannot speak as to the quality of other companies...

  • Sure you could get sick from taking too much. It is very powerful substance, so best to start slow and work up.

  • Sweetclaire06, you're correct, not a medical doctor. Never claim to be. You can be a doctor of history, theology or many things. I am not claiming to be something I am not, just attained a certain level of education, accredited school or not. I think you should get to know someone and understand the heart behind why they do what they do. People should have a choice on how to care for their own health... Take care

  • Do not take Shilajit in the powder form. You need to find it in "gel" form.

  • Dr. Vaughn,

Can you please recommend a reliable source or brand for buying shilajit?

  • @sweetclaire06

You obviously don't know much about natural medicine and the holistic approach. Do some research before you slander a person. You might then realize he knows what he's talking about. He isn't charging us for this valuable information. He provides all this free of charge. Maybe one day you'll come to realize the wonder of what God has given us.

  • can you get sick from taking too much shilajit in your first dose?

  • "DR". Vaugn pnftt! Folks this guy is a graduate of the now closed down "Clayton College of Natural Health". This WAS an online correspondence school. For basically a price you could buy a degree and slap Dr. before your name. Shouldn't be allowed.

  • what would be a recommended brand of shilajit?
