I do not recommend Sage ACT unless you have an IT department to support the produst. Otherwise you will need to purchase plenty of support form one of Sage ACT's many authorized service providers.
Sage ACT is thick, cumbersome, slow and has too many useless features (more features = more support) and hooks for a small business. If you - the business owner, is the person doing the support - avoid. AND NEVER sync with your Outlook.
