Well, there's not much to say really, I mean... any fool with half a neuron firing in their brain can see that prohibition does NOT work - dont believe me? Okay, just wait.... more and more people are learning about the reality of who is and isn't benefitting from prohibition. Here's a real-life example...
Lets see... Im seventeen, at this point in my life I have had access to everything from methamphetamine/cocaine/crack/GHB/Opiates/2C-xyz-chemicals/even-heroin-once to LSD25/nn-DMT/Mushrooms/Mescaline/MARIJUANA/etc... and thats not even half of what I've had access to either through dealers or being offered a substance for free.... my point in that is that if these substances were controlled and available to the public based on regulations (such as age restrictions, mental health checks, doctor's blessing, etc...) I would never have had people offer me meth, coke, MDMA/MDA/speed, heroin, crack, etc... because the dealers would be cracked down on a lot more seeing as the governing forces that be would care about them more because the dealing would cut-in on their profit from taxation.... its common knowledge that the medicinal industry, second only to war is the biggest cash cow out there... Think about this... if people had to apply for a psychoactive rights license that allowed them legal status of the right to be under the influence of a psychoactive substance (should be nearly all except marijuana - anyone can toke safely - but psychedelics and chemical substances and/or RCs would be incorporated) it would severely reduce the risk of substance abuse because first off, anyone with schizophrenia or Bi-Polar would not pass the mental safety test, and therefore there would be no more "man-did-acid, went-insane...doctors-blame-dormant/underlying-mental-illness" situations because those whos families have a history of mental disorders like those are at a HUGE risk for psychoactive substances enhancing or bringing-out underlying mental issues. Also, there would be no crackheads making it through the tests because they'd be fuckin crackheads and it wouldn't work that way.... and if your concerned about bootlegging... well it would only be as bad as it is now at WORST - more than likely however it would go down because no-one who has legitimately earned their psycho-activity license would risk the repercussions of abusing such a privilege by dealing these controlled substances.... then really the only major source of people getting fucked up drugs illegitimately would be through the medical industy.... but thats a WHOLE other issue...
Judge Gray just spoke at the Lake Elsinore City Town Hall Meeting on Jan 25th, 2010. Very educational. The city council did not show up despite their formal invitation to attend in response to their admitting to being uneducated.

Interesting... of course they no-showed though... Any thoughts on how to inspire some accountability in the PTB?
