Yes, You can cook vegetables and actually, I like even sauce cooked little bit sometimes but since I wanted to show quick version, did not involve any cooking part for this recipe but you can cook vegetable and sauce both....enjoy!

Those rice noodles are fried. But as I said in video, if you can't find, you can boil regular noodles, sprinkle some flour on boiled noodles and fry them...
