Most of the time I still hit the gym when I am sick. I carry a bottle of anti-bacteria wipes to wipe down the machines when I am done. Now If I have some really contagious (i.e. flu) I stay at home.

Its odd though, whenever I workout while sick I feel better a few hours later.

Cool Intro. Good Website. Great progress. My only advise, is REALLY strive to get your calories on goal. I saw a couple of like 1000 calorie days on your site! Keep bringing It!

Did you say you used bands for pull ups? How does that work? I'm lucky I haven't been sick that much in the past year and when I was sick I was so delirious I couldn't say 'workout' let alone do one...Great vid man!

By attaching the bands to a pull up bar or something secure high up, you can sit/kneel on the floor and angle your body with resistance bands to simulate pull-ups. This is a great alternative method!

I've always wanted to give this a try but my problem is that it looks painful haha I'm not a fan of pain (who's a fan of pain?) what I mean is...I don't like to lift to the point where I am grunting, so how did you pick a weight for suitable dumb bells for each exercise? Its crazy the number of products that you can't get here but you can 125km from my house (I live pretty close to Buffalo). Ah well, let me know what happens!

Its great watching people start and finish their exercise programs like P90X. You're Canadian too!? How was your Thanksgiving? Mine was pretty good...made the right choices.

Your question: Do I work out if I am sick? Yes I do workout. However I do make sure that I hydrate well and take lots of Vit C. + sleep / rest.

I'm most likely going to do a weight lifting plan called testosterone advantage plan and do P90X cardio for the cardio days. My dad wants to get back into shape so i will be lifting weight with him. after I do 3 months of weight lifting im going to try the P90X/P90X+/Insanity hybrid workout ... there is a beach body coach that put it together and it looks pretty extreme
