TARDIS Materialises without Dalek and TARDIS comes to Doctor

Basically I was so bored because I can't make music videos because of my WMM problems and I can't make any dr who figure adventures until I order more figures as I now live in Canada.
So I had nothing to do so I experimented with figures for my future figure adventures. I think they basically worked out ok. The storylines are
Number 1) A Dalek gets in the TARDIS so to get away, the Doctor and Rose take off in the TARDIS leaving the dalek behind
2) The Dalek has found the doctor and rose so the doctor uses his sonic screwdriver to bring the TARDIS to them so they were inside it (Like in Runaway bride except in this the doctor uses the sonic screwdriver instead of huon particles) and then the dalek see's you and comes after you, you use your sonic screwdrive and the TARDIS comes to you as it did for the dr and rose. I know, its kinda lame but its just an experiment.

First, don't you think the Dalek would of killed the both of them if they tryed anything?
And if the TARDIS is to DE-materialise with out the Dr and Rose they should of went with the Dalek at the same time. and the title is wrong. it should be like "TARDIS De-materielise without Dalek" materise means it is LANDING not dissapearing. Besides that not bad..

No one can get inside a closed TARDIS. No dalek can "Break in".

take a picture of the tardis there and then without moving the camera, take the tardis out of the shot and take another photo
then on your editing software, mix the two together where they fade into eachother if you know what i mean
