The BPK Reps were employed to design, marshall and demonstrate on a Parkour section of the Men's Health Survival of the Fittest course in Nottingham.

You're an idiot. Zippymadmatt is the guy in the start of this video, hense it being ironic.
We're not posing for anyone, we do this for ourselves. It's your own shallow attitude that caused you to assume we do this to 'look cool' or anything like that.

Damn right was easy, but considering it was a part of a 10k run that involved 4-6 other sections like this and harder it's pretty impressive.
