Gothic (inside the id)

A look at the Freudian theory of the id, the pleasure principle, it's relationship with base human instincts and it's manifestation in what we often tag "evil", and "immoral", all set within a gothic context.

lmao @ "round the clock armed guards" I dread to think what mine has! :D It freaked me out but in a good way if that makes sense? It was brilliant and amazing and I couldn't look away. It freaked me out in the same way as "The Shining" did many moons ago (LOL) but scary, freaky, disturbing in such a fantastic way. You see, I can't even explain what I mean. Is there a specific "id" for that type of complaint? :D

I hope we didn't freak you out too much. The id in balanced people is locked away deeply in the unconscious; mine has round the clock armed guards. :)

I know what you mean Feather. Many people have a dread of the unknown. It's that "it's out of my control" factor that plays on the mind in many cases. I felt that something like this was worth addressing simply to insert a little in-depth reality in an arty way into the YT mix, and fortunately Liz agreed to it. It was tough to make. The process produced it's own negative vibes amidst the thrill of creativity.

Ok, firstly 5 stars. I mean 5 stars does not justify this wonderful work. Liz and Saint you are incredible. I find listening or as here watching a presentation like this to be quite disturbing. Similar to my fascination yet fear of the water when I look out to sea ... Very creepy and I do physically (kind of butterflies lol) get quite anxious or maybe it is just my personal reaction to a fear of the unknown?
