I always find it funny how these people always bring up whole moral compass thing, as if the only reason they don't go rape, murder and steal is because they are afraid of God...

The first time he came over I extended my hand and said it was nice talking to you and good day. He shook my hand, thats when he held his son, I went back inside. When they came back, eventually I just got in my car, they stood around and shrugged at each other as if to say.. Well.. we tried. When I say they blocked me, it was more of a WAIT I'm not done talking to you sorta thing. It was not aggressive, just kinda.. took me off guard, I was already taken off guard.

You mean when they came back? I did not get them to leave, after the whole no moral thing I was disgusted and just passed them and went to my car and left.

Assholes? Possibly. Misguided? Extremely. I mean, I've never cried because someone else didn't think the same as I do, attaching this whole "eternal damnation" thing is such an emotional con job on the people who believe in it. Sounds like you're in a scary neighborhood, do you live near many churches?

Yeah, I dont think they are assholes either. They are doing what they think is right. There are quite a few churches in my area yes.
