Desperation: A Short Film

Hello Youtubers!

This short film was directed by Jovon Torres and Brandon Rubin and was shot in Sacramento, California.

The short is called "Desperation" and follows a man who is desperate for a break. He has no job, money, food or family. He is willing to do anything to survive, even if it means life or death.

Wow man. I like how you took the plunge to make a deeper film. It's not quite in the same category as your "OMG, is this the Jonas brothers?" video! We pass people in the streets every day like this man, but our contact is only fleeting and most people don't give it a second thought, and I don't even live somewhere as populated as Sac-town. I'm glad you made this, and I definitely hope to see a Part 2.

If he had only checked the lock on the garbage can...

I think the ending could of been different. It really leaves you hanging, or will there be a part 2?

@FrostfoxFilms Yeah, the lock was an issue during the shoot because we didn't want to lock it so we just filmed anyway. There are plenty of things that we could of done differently, but we are pleased with the results and feedback. We wanted to create a feeling of "What happens next?" to make people think. We are thinking of filming a part 2. Thanks!
