If its a reissue, its not the one SRV used. He used tube screamers made in the 80s. JRC chip or the RC. Not this one. Just wanted to set it straight.

@vivi125 just try to play an open E string and jam on with a minor pentatonic scale..thats the blues the feeling..when u get that u will be able to play the blues

maybe any tips on how to get the blues?
it might sound wierd.. but i know the scales and all..
but its kinda hard for me to "think" blues riffs...
i mean major and minor are easy couse u hear it all the time everywhere
but blues riffs are kinda hard to put ur mind in that area
any suggestions for improvment? :D
maybe to learn spesific songs by ear or listen to some alot of blues?
