(EMAILWIRE.COM, November 15, 2011 ) Detroit, Mi—The November meeting of the Real Estate Investors Club gives the facts about the Detroit Metro real estate investing market. Darrick Scruggs will be the featured speaker talking about the following topics:
• Techniques for putting the right people in an investment property
• How to remove stress in owning investment property
• How to find good investment properties and manage the property so that the income is truly passive
The Michigan real estate investors roundtable meets the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6 -- 9 pm. Real estate agents, home buyers and sellers, and people who service the industry like title companies, insurance providers, mortgage brokers and lenders, home improvement contractors and inspectors, real estate attorneys and CPAs all gather to network and learn from each other.
Mark Maupin, Investor and host said: "Though many people have become discouraged with the real estate investors market, real estate will always be a great way to invest and make money. The secret is surrounding yourself with others who are successful. Real estate is a constantly changing industry. Laws are updated, guidelines are changed and quite often, there are obstacles to get around and challenges to meet before one can enjoy success."
This real estate investors club has these monthly meetings to bring people together for a brainstorming session so they can learn what works and what doesn't work.
Realtors and brokers, landlords, property managers, homeowners, buyers and sellers, commercial real estate developers and anyone who provides a valuable service to these people like contractors, attorneys, insurance providers, title companies, etc...can get value from these meetings.
This is the only investor real estate club that is free and open to the public. Their meetings are housed at a local Detroit College. The real estate club is all about solutions to problems in today's economy, so they offer this free monthly meeting where investors can bring their questions, their difficult-to-sell property, their rental that is occupied by problem tenants or any concern they wish to address.
Attendance is quite simple! There are no pre-registration or membership requirements. Simply show up, sign in at the greeting table and enjoy the meeting. The event takes place on November 17, 2011 from 6 to 9 pm at the Wayne County Community College Campus in the Cooper Room; 901 Conner St; Detroit, MI 48213.
