THE FIRE REQUIRES 2 CORDS OF ALMOND OR OAK THAT ARE SPLIT INTO SMALL PIECES. THE MEAT IS IN BURLAP SACKS AND SOAKED IN WATER BEFORE PLACING THEM ON THE FIRE (1:30 AM SATURDAY MORNING). THEY WILL COOK UNTIL 4:00 PM SATURDAY. APPROX. 15 HOURS.
