iHave a Question Plz Plz Plz Answer it.

Whenever i use my Elliptical Marquee tool and click and hit Fill... Say i Fill it white - It will fill it feathered, iCould record it and show you what i mean, i really wanna know why. Plz Help <3

@xSisoSx When you right click and do fill once you select your color you will see a thing that says feather radius or something like that.  You need to set it to 0

for some reason when i go to filter gallery for staned glass it doesnt look like yours the colors are opesit from each where black is suppost to be white is and where black is white is PLZ HELP
