Once again, another random cover. The only other song I like from these guys is Red Flag, and somehow playing guitar for that doesn't seem to work all that well.

To my ear anyway, dunno about the rest of you guys.

Next time, I'll be attempting Afterlife, by Avenged Sevenfold.

That is, if I haven't completed the first part of the TTFAF lesson by next week, then you'll probably get Afterlife.

Or if I can't learn that in time, Blinded in Chains.

Or if I so choose, Beast and the Harlot instead.

I dunno', just enjoy.

  • beast and the harlot please~! =DD

great playing... love the mysterious effect you put there. =]

  • Hmm, guess I better learn that little bit during the middle that I've always put off learning :P.

Ah well, your wish is my burden.

    No, sorry, "my command" :P.

  • Lols, well, its really up to you if you want to cover bath or not, i just like that song so =P

i suppose i should actually start to learn that song... ive probably been slacking off more than you haev... =,="

  • Ah we'll see.

I'm heavily into the solo of Afterlife at the moment, so perhaps I'll do that first.

Beast and the Harlot will definitely come next though ;).

  • Well, I always use a Fender Frontman 15G, on the drive channel with gain on max.

In fact, all songs I play with the exact same settings, then if it needs smoothing out, I add a little reverb in Adobe Premiere.

Recently though, my dad and I, mostly my dad, found a diagram of my amp, and we managed to route out the line-level signal into one of the RCA jacks on the front, connected that with a signal effects processor, back into the amp, before the amplifying stage, and it plays awesome ;).
