The main reason why you got thrown was basically because you lean forward and seem a little stiff in the canter. Loosen those reins! you don't need to be in half point. You need to relax, move with the horse not against it. Key points when cantering. The horse was pretty upset having you bounce on it's back like that. Regardless of those, you did very well including the landing.

I am a horse rider i have a question can one of you equstrian awnser this please (im novice) when you canter are you suppose to try and sit and try and keep your grip sitting on the saddle so you dont go bouncing cos does that hurt the horse?

@Horseloverrxoxo2 I approved your comment because I wanted to reply back to you.
1. everyone has to start from somewhere. Don't tell me that you were born knowing how to ride (Only one person I know so far is this type. He is a very talented rider, which is a gift from God). Think back when your time of learning cantering, how did you look like?
2. If you don't want to hurt the horse, you better let the horse be a horse, why bother put the saddle on. Let the horse free, please!

nice work :) everyone has to start somewhere so don't listen to other people. try maybe relaxing your hips and let them swing with the motion of the horse. im sure you trainer will give you better tips than me anyway :) well done. x
