is that ok for baby ? my doctor said i shouldent bring heavy things and many times i got blood because of bringing heavy things

Hi :0) If you are used to exercise, you can continue -on a bit lighter level. As long as it feels good and your uterus does not "cramp" (get premonitary pains) during/right after the exercise - you do not have to worry. I feel fine doing chinups - even though I have been weaker.
