I will never understand the "physics" behind that swinging motion and improved weight loss and strength building. Its a glorified squat and a swing and that's it. Anyway you have great imagination.

Kettlebells are a $!.75 to $2.00 a pound rip off. The same thing can be done with a dumbell.
