@Cleiusthenes I'd have to agree with you. In my opinion, this is the greatest video game I've ever played. There are notable mentions such as: Street Fighter 2 CE, Resident Evil 4, and a few others. However, I've never played another game that, in its era, was a start-to-finish masterpiece like Super Metroid. It's been over 15 years since it was released and it still pops up on "best game of all time" lists.

Best game I've ever played, and no game since has ever even questioned that. In fact, I can easily say that Super Metroid ruined video games for me, since every game I play now is subconciously being compared to this god of a game.
