I have a tough time cooking because of the instructions. For instance, if the recipe reads "separate two eggs," I put on on the back porch and one in the living room.

Whenyou peel onions, cut off the two ends and cut the onion in half, then the peel comes off quite easily.

All the points I was gonna make regarding dicing, use of BIG knives for chicken etc have already been made, so I'll just say that old-school scales + gas hob = I love your kitchen!
My flatmate won't actually touch raw chicken, if he's cooking, he bribes me to chop it for him! That's ok though, I get HIM to chop onions for me! :P
For a first try in the kitchen, not too shabby at all man. What was the recipe, by the way? It looked nice, I wanna try it! :P

Wow I actually watched the whole thing! I rarely do that on long videos. I REALLY enjoyed this! It was funny and interesting all together! I loved the part where you passed out after eating the chikcken, lol! 1 and a 1/2 tablespoons, HAHA!! Superb!
