@RosaBeha It is not normal, fool!

It's not normal. The heater resistor stays on after the water is drained, causing it to overheat and bend/gets warped, touching the spinning washer cavity. That is a timer problem/fault that causes the heater to stay on after water is no more present. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND GOT IT FIXED. If you don't fix it, the heater will bend even more, touching the spinning cavity more=MORE HORRIBLE NOISE.My samsung had MANY PROBLEMS. Will never buy samsung again.

@RosaBeha I don't care that much. I got rid of the samsungs and bought something else.

That's not normal, its super. Two users they can be told anything.
If your car would move this way, what would you do?
Take a look at other washing mashines and you will see the difference.

You should not be getting that tapping noise. There is something wrong there. It might not cause you any problems today or maybe even this years, but some eventually it will.

what model is this? the 330? surely this isn't the 448

I have a similar samsung model and it does that when it is trying to get the load balanced but has always gotten lined out by itself. if you are still worried check and see if you removed the shipping bolts from the back of the machine.
thanks for the reply...i took it back and got a new one.....its been good every since.

It's perfectly normal. It's because the machine is out-of-balance, that's all it is. Different types of suspension springs make different noises.
