@JRCmasterchieft format is better because the reinstallation of the system can repair damaged files

@JRCmasterchieft I realize this is from a long time ago, but my computer still says bootmgr is missing after i set first boot to cd/dvd drive and put in the cd. everytime it still says bootmgr is missing. any ideas?

Help me pls. My bf unhinged my laptop and said by inserting something to hold in the hard drive it would stop rebooting every time I close the lid. Coming up with error message and not computer savvy enuf to fix it...

I'm having issues with my BOOTMGR and I'm trying to fix it without a disc. Can't really afford to pay for the online deal, since it might not work. Comp starts beeping now when I turn it on or push buttons...

guys please help me,. i am installing windows 7 on my lenovo t500, at first it says bootmgr is missing so i repaired it,but when it is done and trying to install the os again it says -windows cannot install required files. the file does not exist. and i got an error code:0x80070002,. what should i do guys,. thank you in advance,.
