  • A great performance by Barry Whitwam and his fellow-Hermits anno 2008: Eddy Carter (lead guitar/vocals), Geoff Foot (bass/vocals) and Kevan Lingard (keyboards/vocals). Keep on rockin', boys!

  • Yes , there is only one Herman = Peter Noone !!!! He's wonderful !

  • Barry sorry is one of the nicest most approachable guys on the circuit and loves the fans as for Wayne i happen to like him too but sometimes he really doesnt help himself. He is also recovering after a slight stroke get well soon mate. This hermits line up is fantastic

  • @npwd Lec and I hit it off the first time we met. He used to introduce me as his adopted brother. What a great guitar player. Lec wrote and cut a record with The Hermits in the 70s called Blonde Haired Blue Eyed Boy. I used play it when I was a club DJ and people loved that song! When I announced who did the song, it blew their minds. I wish I knew where that record was today.

  • @abuiltmale I can actually picture Wayne doing that! I also had the pleasure of meeting Lek, a true gentleman :)

  • Peter Is not fat!

  • I worked with both Herman Hermits ( Barry, Lec, & Karl) and Wayne Fontana back in the early 70s. Lec was one of my closest friends & to this day I still keep in touch with Barry. Wayne, back then was a bit weird.....first thing Wayne said to me was "I need to get laid"......I suggested he walk up & down Collins Ave ( this was Miami Beach) telling girls he's Wayne Fontana, not sure if he ever did that.....

  • Sadly Whitwam resorted to publicly putting down fellow 60's star Wayne Fontana over his mental problems in an attempt to make himself look better on HH website. That was the all time low, I met Whitwam once, didn't like him and will never go to see him again after that.

  • @zzzyyyaaabbb Funny, I met Barry Whitwam not too long ago and found him to be particularly full of himself & arrogant. Fortunately Dave Dee & Tich were on hand to restore my faith in 60's musicians...what gentlemen they were.

  • Barry and Geoff rock!!!

  • you're an idiot !
