Get Rid of Love Handles (Week 1)

I have been doing this exact workout for the last four weeks and lost 10 pounds of fat over the holidays, rather than gain 10-15 pounds. This program, with the right eating plan, will help you get rid of your love handles for good.

Many of the exercises in the Get Rid of Love Handles workouts are the same in multiple weeks. These workouts, like push ups and squats, are multi-joint movements that burn a lot of calories so I keep using them and I tend to vary the other exercises. These exercises work very well to burn fat so I keep them in there.

Make sure you warm up before attempting this workout. A good warm up for this workout is to perform 8-12 minutes of cardio (any type you like) until you just begin to sweat. Then you should stretch the muscle groups you are going to work.

Go through all six exercises with little to no rest in between. Rest 1-2 minutes after you complete all six exercises. Go through the entire circuit 3-4 times.

Medicine Ball Shuffles -- 40 reps
Ab Bicycle -- 20 reps
Squat and Press -- 10 reps
Push ups -- Until failure
DB Squats -- 10 reps

  • Fast abs magic? Sounds like BS to me. No offense, but there are no "magic" fixes to get abs. If one of these things really worked, wouldn't everyone be walking around with 6 pack abs?

  • are there any work outs I can do standing up ? I can't do any work outs on the floor e.g sit ups and press ups because I have very low blood pressure and I will pass out if I do any of those work outs lol

    do it everysingle day for about 12 minutes.. thats what i do.. but then again i do like 4 reps

  • everytime i do the sit ups, i get a huge cramp on my right thigh
