  • @Asys1985 If you hit the bag with the heel and without bending the leg, you can have a dangerous hyperextension of your knee.

  • @Matamune87 How come it is bad for your knees? Can admit it doesnt feel like the right thing to do but would be interesting to know the reason why.

  • You put to much of upperbody strenth into most of your punches. Balance is the key. You could get tripped up, flipped if you don't.

  • i love kyokushin and punching bags

  • hook kicks and axe kicks are dangerous on a heavy bag dude. hook kicks you would be better going into the bag and coming off instead of going thru. and like the other person said, axe kicks should not be done on a big. good stuff otherwise

  • If you hit the bag fully with your heel like in 0:25 or in 1:25 is that bad for your knees? Should you try to only hit with toes like he does?
