I've been working in high end restaurants for over 30 years now and he's sooo right, 99% of the cooks fucking HATE their jobs and get very pissed off when they finally realize that waiters make $300+ a night in cash while they sweat and burn for 15bucks an hour. It's a career choice that most all regret.
