The exercise has 4 phases and focuses on scapulo-thoracic stability and genohumeral joint mobility. Depending on how you position the scapula (retract/protract), you can activate the lower traps, rhomboids, and/or the serratus anterior. I have added it to my activation/mobility work (following my T-Spine self mobs).

  • Fantastic tips. Thanks a million!
