I miss this game. BTW, how do you clear Survival Stage 1 and why isn't GREAT considered perfect in Survival mode?

@alster724 Survival mode is a mode to survivie as long as possible, therefore there are no stages to clear and the mode just keeps getting harder the long you play.

I don't know about the word change, but I can guess. After a certain ammount of rows, the game won't add any more, and the instruction manual probably says that "perfect" always adds a row or something.

@ALinkttF I remember now, the if the TNR (Total Number or Rotations/Rolls) exceeds to the ideal number of cubes (e.g. 8/4), there is still a perfect bonus (i.e. 2000 pt. bonus and a row is gained), however, it does not count on the TNP (Total Number of Perfects)

@ALinkttF There is a ratio that is displayed with each set of cubes. The bottom number is the "par," the ideal number of cube moves needed for them all to be captured.

Matching the par is "PERFECT." Use more moves and it's just "GREAT." Use less moves (rare to have happen), and it's "EXCELLENT!"

I like that rolling cube that displays the player's I.Q. (which is measured on the player's efficiency of capturing the cubes as well as the total number of cubes captured)

From what I can see, the Crypt is basically a unique string that creates that level. So if you lose level data on your memory card for instance, you can just punch in the crypt key and it'll build the level for ya!
