Lie #2: Mrs. Kennedy didn't send her son to one of those schools to become a twisted rich person. JFK Jr attended Andover Academy in Massachusetts, a top notch prep school. I know because my brother was a student there at the same time he was and met him once.

Also John's track DID trigger a TCAS alert when his aircraft came into close proximity to an American Airlines flight making an instrument approach into Westchester Airport (KHPN). But NY Approach could not warn John because he wasn't on frequency and they had no idea who he was, alerting the AA Flight and telling them that Johns plane was 'unverified' and 'he's not talking to anybody'.

1). There was NEVER a flight plan on file that night. No RCO was contacted to file one. John never contacted FS to open one either. The NTSB report showed john's transponder as squaking 'a VFR code' ie 1200, which is a generic VFR code not used while on a VFR flight plan or using Flight Following.

Dude, JFK Jr. died due to spatial disorientation flying over water on a nearly moonless night. There was no conspiracy to kill him and no one saw a CFI joining him on that flight.
