i think this and "Southern Cross" are the two best CSN songs to me.. both songs with lyrics that i can relate to..

This was the first record I ever bought, when I was 14. It was a vinyl single, 45 rpm in a blue paper sleeve. it had a design that featured flying saucers for some strange reason.

This tune has always made me look in two opposite directions...back to the past..and ahead to the future. It makes me think about so much that I've ''wasted on the way''.But, as I look ahead,to the times to come...I'm reminded,through this song,that one has to make the most out of every moment as life is too special to ''waste on the way''.
