No, it appears I acknowledge certain criteria for sexual assault... whether gay or straight. A man is not lawfully allowed to feel up any woman, random or not, without her consent.
And whether this disappoints you or not, understand that gay men are not lawfully allowed to feel up and hit on any man-- straight or gay-- just because they may have a hard on for the said man.

What?! How the hell does that scene make Ned a homophobe??
Feeling up a virtual stranger out of nowhere and implying that they call out sick so you can have sex with them when they did not remotely hint they were interested (or gay to begin with for that matter) could earn the offender a much more violent reaction that Ned's here.
If Phil does that (joking or not) to the wrong person, he gets knocked out. And rightfully so... that behavior doesn't fly with a woman let alone a straight man!
