im intrigued :D so did u use like an oscilloscope feature in Reaktor (im not familiar with this prog), capture it, then tweak in after effects?
are you aware of any other programs you can generate such waveform animations in? or is reaktor the best :P?

@leakeg thanks man. the audio is a reaktor module I created that randomly generates really odd harmonics. I then decided to take the seperate signals from each oscillator and ran them as "left" and "right" outputs to this software called Zelscope's input. Then I believe I used Camtasia to capture it, followed by running the capture through After Effects to color correct and tweak the visible aspects of the scope. The result you see is merely the interactivity of the left and right channel.
