Just a quick note: Everyone should remember that the average male maxes at 135 (albeit, the test in Men's Health ranged from people who have never lifted a weight to experienced lifters). Congratulations to all you who lift more than this guy, but he actually lifts and he lifts more than the average guy. Give him a little credit where it's due and hope he continues making gains.

Nice dude, I just hit 205 bench last week. Im 5'10 and 170lbs. Joined the Gym 11 months ago. Got my deadlifts to 315 for 3 and Squats at 315 for 12. Havent maxed em out yet. Really working the Bench for now tho, took a break to use some free weights to strengthen both sides. I think I was as stoked as you for hitting that 205 ;D
