Looks don't really matter when you're truly in love with someone. Sure, they say Linda wasn't that attractive, but Joey wanted to marry her, anyway.

And, yes, Angela was a bit of a better girlfriend, but she'd also get into vicious fights with Joey. What I *don't* like about her is that her kid was from someone she didn't even love! I mean, WTH?!

@LetsGoMetsGo33 ya, johnny was the adult figure for the band, everyone was doing drugs and he, and monte, had to make sure everyone was sober for the shows and such like that. Dee Dee's writing and figure on that stage is just something which can't be replaced, i personally didn't like C.J.

@dude572 johnny and dee dee were as irreplacable as joey. granted dee dee was "replaced", but they never would have gotten off the ground w/o him in the first place. and the ramones w/o johnny is unthinkable.
