  • SUPERB VERY VERY GOOD

  • In addition, since Gu Liu Xin also studied Yang style, as such, the illustration here by his student also has traits of Yang's style.

Regardless of which style or which branch, this demonstration clearly illustrates all the principles of Taiji.

    Great Taiji work!

  • Very fluid whole body movement, excellent tempo and continuation with good occasional "fa jing" without breaking the moves. His teacher Gu Liu Xin (student of Chen Fa-Ke) is a very famous Chen Style Taiji master in Shanghai. This 38 form has a lot of Lao Jia elements and are clearly demonstrated here.

    Great work!

This is not the same as ChenXiaoWang's 38-form which I suggest checking out for comparison. (Both are very fluid)

And totally different than Cheng Jin Cai's self-created 38-form.

  • Excellent. Illuminating.

  • superb

  • hunyuan tai chi quan is a mix of chen style tai chi quan, xinjiquan and Qi gong was developed by Feng Zhiqiang who is a top disciple of Chen Fake(chen style master ) and Hu YaoZhen (XinnjiQuan Master)

  • wow great stances!

student of jose figeruroa: Master chen xiaowang

  • Where are you extracting the beginner in this??? At 5 minutes it's hardly short especially when compared to most "karate" katas or 13-19 taiji sets. What is Huanyuan Xin Yi, isn't that a Taoist martial art and a very different discipline than Taiji? Why the association. Just curious.

  • Do you also practice the applications of this form ?
