Björksav (Birch Sap)

One little klipp showing the spring here in Värmland, Sweden. And when i vintage sap from the birchwood. It´s a wery old tradition to extract the birchsap and in old time it´s wast used as medicin and diffrent caind of alcoholic drinks.
The sap is wery rich on vitamins and healthbringing substances and it´s taste good. A gift from mother nature to use. Chuck al commersial multivitamin chemicals you can buy in the store!
